• Positive: Very easy to find and super convenient location. Literally 5 steps from Gare de l'est metro station, and 20 seconds from the main station. 1 stop from Gare de Nord. It's not the newest or fanciest hotel, but you definitely get that nice, urban Parisian feel to it. Just perfect for solo travelers or couples. The clerks were very helpful as well. I quite enjoyed my stay there.
• Negative: The showers are a bit small I suppose, but it didn't bother me in the least since I was alone. No air conditioning, but Paris was rather cool this summer so it was fine for the most part. Maybe the hotel is a little small for families, but I would definitely recommend it for small groups of friends / solo travelers / and couples.

• Cleanliness: 5 The hotel is brand new or anything, but rooms and sheets/ toilets are neat, tidy and clean.
• Location: 7.5 Very good location and easy to find for first time newbies in Paris.

• Staff: 7.5 Very kind, friendly staff.
• Quietness: 2.5 You can occasionally hear cars and chit chat from outside.. Not too loud though.
• Room: 5 It was a cute little room, nothing special, but very nice and comfy still.
• Value for money: 5 Fair for the price I would say.
