On the arrival day we found a pubic hair on the bathtub and it stayed there throughout our stay (we didn’t use it).
The water boiler was dirty.

Although the food wasn’t great, the restaurant staff was friendly.

We were in room #412 and eared a lot of noise in the room in front and laterally, and also coming from the hallway.

The shower was broken (water was coming out from both ways), we had no privacy in the toilet and it had no toilet brush and the paper disposal was also broken.

it was just reside the lift and lot's of noise but that wasn't important because we couldn't sleep anyway with the broken bed.

El tamaño de las habitaciones y la comodidad de las camas.
El trato del personal es también muy bueno.

Olor a comida en los pasillos de las habitaciones.
Además nuestro cuarto de baño olía bastante a cañería desde que entramos. El servicio de limpieza debería estar atento a estos asuntos y dar el aviso correspondiente, para evitar entregarle una habitación a un cliente en esas condiciones.
El problema se subsanó el tercer día de nuestra estancia.

Amplitud de la habitación y las vistas

Desayuno, por ejemplo llegamos a las 7.45 y el comedor abierto, cuando nos dijeron q abrían a las 8. Luego nos informan q si hay grupos abren a las 7. Saberlo nos hubiera ido genial para no ir tarde a esquiar. Además la sorpresa es que se acababa la comida por acopio de clientes de origen asiático y no reponían, por ejemplo donuts para mi Peke. Al día siguiente se repitió el episodio. Me pareció muy mal y de poca categoría que abrieran antes para estos grupos y arrasaran con la comida y los que llegamos más tarde por mala información de recepción nos quedemos comiendo lo que han dejado los otros clientes. Sin duda esto hace que no pueda valorar el hotel de forma positiva ya que alteró nuestra estancia en dicho alojamiento, algo que no entiendo en un hotel de esta categoría.
Se puede gestionar mejor por ejemplo habilitando una zona para estos grupos o teniendo un trato más personalizado para clientes no asiáticos.
