• Staff: 2.5 we were there when the corona virus hit and shut down began - the recpetion staff did not communicate at all and when we asked questions were unhelpful and rude - showed no interest whatsoever in trying to help us in making the best of a bad situation

• Positive: El buffet del desayuno y la atención del personal del hotel. La cama era muy cómoda.
• Negative: Hacia demasiada calor en la habitacion y el aire acondicionado no salia frio. Si coges media pensión o pensión completa, la bebida no te entra en el precio. No lo veo muy lógico.
