• Negative: The 10% discount in the restaurant for booking on hotel web page. The staff did not seem to be aware of this (as was the case on a previous stay). The waitress spent almost 15 minutes trying to confirm details and 10 mins were spent with a senior colleague confirming the process of making the discount. Meanwhile the restaurant was left partly unattended during this period. The process made me embarrassed to the extent that I did not request the discount on the subsequent 2 days.
