• Positive: L'établissement et les chambres sont magnifiques et dans un état impeccable. Le service de chambre ainsi que l'accueil sont à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est majestueux. Le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux.
• Negative: Le service autour de la piscine est vraiment à revoir. On a plusieurs fois été oubliés par le serveur (pour nous apporter la carte et pour apporter notre commande) à tel point que nous avons abandonné la commande. Le service du rooftop est également à revoir (particulièrement long).

• Negative: Nothing expected in a 5*GL was included, i.e. sun beds at beach, spa, breakfast included when room is over €400 for standard buffet. I was looking forward to my stay at Hotel Mirarmar as a journey to memory lane from the time my parents stayed there; The new renovated hotel lacks the character it once held, something is missing. The beach opposite the hotel is very dirty and perhaps the management should work with local authorities to do something about this, as a corporate responsibility project.
