ESCOGIMOS ENTONCES DE LA CARTA LO QUE NOS PARECIO. AL DIA SIGUIENTE CUANDO MARCHABAMOS DEL HOTEL Y FUIMOS A PAGAR LA FACTURA VIMOS QUE NOS COBRABAN DICHA CENA DICIENDO QUE LO QUE NOSOTROS ESCOGIMOS NO ENTRABA EN EL MENU DE LA MEDIA PENSION. PERO LO QUE FUE PEOR ES QUE TAMBIEN NOS COBRABAN LA MEDIA PENSION COMPLETA, POR LO QUE AL FINAL NOS COBRARON DOS CENAS. AUNQUE RECLAMAMOS EN RECEPCION EL PERSONAL PASO DE DICHA RECLAMACION. ESTO NOS DECEPCIONO POR COMPLETO Y VIENDO EL POCO INTERES EN SOLUCIONARLO Y LO MAL INDICADO QUE ESTA ESTE TEMA DE LA MEDIA PENSION, DA LA IMPRESION DE QUE ESTA HECHO A PROPOSITO.

• Location: 5 El hotel no está indicado. Nos costó encontrarlo y tampoco estaba indicado el aparcamiento, que por cierto era un poco inadecuado, impropio de un hotel de 5 estrellas

• Value for money: 2.5 Como antes indicamos nos cobraron la cena de la media pensión y también la cena de lo que pedimos. !Pero si sólo cenamos una vez!

• Positive: El ambiente tranquilo (aunque estaba lleno el hotel), la temperatura cálida y agradable sin ser sofocante y el desayuno buffet.
• Negative: No poder disfrutar de alguno de los masajes por estar cubiertos todos los horarios en las fechas en que nos alojamos en su hotel. La falta de Parking, aunque subsanada satisfactoriamente por el personal del hotel el cual aparcaba los coches de los clientes y guardaban las llaves de estos, es una deficiencia que creo que debería ser corregida aprovechando las obras y ampliaciones que se están produciendo. Deberían estar más concienciados con el medio ambiente y advertir a los clientes por medio de una tarjeta en el baño que sólo si es necesario o si lo desea el clientelas toallas las depositen en el suelo para ser cambiadas. Nosotros las dejamos colgadas porque no queríamos que las cambiasen ya que no era necesario pero las cambiaron igualmente.
