• Staff: 10 Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even the parking attendant in the underground car park was very helpful in directing us to a parking space and ensured we had sufficient space to park.
• Quietness: 10 Considering the location of the hotel it was very quiet; there was no outside noise at all or noise from other guests staying at the hotel.
• Room: 10 Excellent room. Spacious, modern and exceptionally clean with all the necessary facilities.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for money. Will definitely return.

• Cleanliness: 2.5 Paredes sucias, cortinas y ventanas con manchas, hongos en zonas del baño.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Buffet mediocre, sin prensa nacional. Sensación de descuido (espejo en ascensor rajado, zócalo en pasillo roto, grietas en las paredes)
• Staff: 2.5 Atención descuidada. Actitud poco profesional.

• Room: 2.5 Cama vieja, ruidosa. Daba a un patinillo interior. Muy grande pero poco cuidada. Sin decoración alguna. Elementos de higiene en baño mínimos.
• Value for money: Not rated Fue el alojamiento más caro en un viaje de tres días. El día anterior estuvimos en otro hotel de la misma categoría pero mucho más barato y mejor en Trujillo y al día siguiente en uno de dos estrellas en Mérida sin pretensiones, pero limpio, cuidado, con un trato exquisito e instalaciones más que adecuadas.
