• Staff: 2.5 Planteada incidencia en la ducha de la habitación, se nos dice que se va a revisar. Después se nos dice que está bien y revisada nuevamente, no lo estaba. Se nos cambia de habitación y nuevamente está mal la ducha. Resumen: no nos pudimos duchar en los dos dias. Planteado un descuento, se nos dice que hay que pedir autorización. Lamentable.

• Room: 2.5 Problemas con las duchas. Son complicadas y el agua sale demasiado caliente.
