• Positive: la atención del servicio de recepción y sobre todo la limpieza
• Negative: la segunda noche me encontré con que al parecer había habido un error y el servicio de limpieza tenia orden de hacer mi habitación de salida con lo que me limpiaron todo incluida el minibar donde guardaba ......MI INSULINA , ZUMO DE NARANJA NATURAL Y CHOCOLATE POR SI PADECIA UNA HIPOGLUCEMIA....pero el servicio de recepción amablemente me repuso el chocolate ....al decir que la chica lo había tirado todo a la basura ....lo que me quedo la duda es si en el minibar estaba todo junto el chocolate el zumo y la insulina ...como la chica de la limpieza tiro solo el chocolate.....y dejo el zumo de naranja natural y la insulina .....O POR EL CONTRARIO TIRARON TODO A LA BASURA Y AL DARSE CUENTA DEL ERROR LO VOLVIERON A PONER TODO DENTRO DEL MINIBAR ...la verdad no se la REALIDAD DE LO QUE PASO... pero el envase de zumo natural estaba abierto pues lo deje nuevo sin usar ( el precinto de seguridad del tapon roto)...Al final no fiándome tuve que tirar el zumo y la insulina que viene en viales tipo bolígrafo les cambien las agujas por si acaso ,,,.PERO ME QUEDA LA DUDA DE QUE PASO REALMENTE Y ME PARECE UN FALLO MUY GRANDE PUESTO QUE EN RECEPCION SABIAN MI CONDICION DE DIABETICO PORQUE SOLICITE UNA HABITACION CON FRIGORIFICO PARA CONSERVAR MI MEDICACION.

• Common facilities and services: 10 Se ve que tiene unos años pero sigue teniendo mucho encanto. Muy acogedor.
• Staff: 10 Amables es decir poco. Te hacen sentir como en casa

• Room: 10 Habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario.
