• Cleanliness: 10 Hotel & our room were spotless at all times.
• Location: 10 Surrounded by tons of restaurants & excellent bars. Plenty more within walking distance. Bus & train services to Bilbao city centre etc nearby.

• Staff: 10 Very friendly/ helpful, especially Bar & restaraunt staff.
• Quietness: 7.5 Area surrounding the htel can be very busy with nightlife at weekends but the windows in all the rooms are very well sound proofed so you shouldn%27t have any problems.
• Room: 7.5 Nice clean big enough room. Free use of a safe in each room as well. The only problem at all was that the double beds tend to be 2 single beds pushed together.
• Value for money: 7.5 Definite value for money when we stayed although the bar was a bit pricey compared to some nearby bars.

• Positive: The communial balcony which was on the third floor but you had to request a room with a view which put the price up an extra €10.70 per day
• Negative: I disliked the eating facilities in the hotel. It was so hard to get breakfast .....well a proper breakfast other than croissants

• Cleanliness: 10 The cleaning staff were amazing and very nice and helpful
• Location: 10 The hotel is situated in a brilliant location, right beside the famous bridge, very close to the train station and other amenities
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 BEWARE - The room had a facility to watch movies on the TV....Do not use the remote. If you press the button for a second you are charged the full rate if you watch a movie or not. We didn%27t realise this until we checked out of the hotel and we were hit with a larger bill than once anticipated
• Staff: 10 Not all the same but there was one or two who went out of their way to help our group enjoy our time atthe hotel.
• Quietness: 10
• Room: 7.5 At first thr room looked small but it was really all we needed.
• Value for money: 5 I think the hotel was lovely...but was a little over priced

• Positive: location next to the "puente colgante" and the room, the food at the bar was good quality - price rate, the atmosphere at the bar and the terras
• Negative: the restaurant: - price (expensive) - service (lack of knowledge of English and being polite) - opening ours: it%27s not possible to have lunch at 12.00h, or to have dinner at 18.00h. This may be typical for Spain, but is not common in the rest of Europe. - variety: only very expensive and special food, no normal dishes (plat du jour)

• Room: 10 we had a very beautifull room at one of the corners of the hotel (no suite)
• Value for money: 7.5 dining at the restaurant was expensive, at the bar, the prices zere resonable, rest was ok
