• Cleanliness: 5 En general bien, pero tuve que pedir que subieran a pegar un repasito al baño, me imagino que será algo ocasional.
• Location: 10 Es una zona con unas vistas espectaculares y muy bonita.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Nos dejaron tener el coche allí después de abandonar la habitación hasta la tarde.

• Quietness: 10 La habitación daba a la parte trasera del hotel y apenas se oía nada.
• Room: 7.5 Habitación no muy grande pero suficiente para estar a gusto.
• Value for money: 7.5 No me pareció cara para la estupenda situación, y aparte me hicieron un 15% de dcto. por ser invitado a una boda.

• Positive: La ubicación. Estupenda sobre la ría y al lado del puente colgante de Vizcaya. Comodidad de tener la cafetería del hotel justo abajo. La estrategia promocional (3 noches por el precio de 2), muy buena y necesaria en estos tiempos.
• Negative: Las habitaciones muy oscuras, con muy poca luz, a pesar de las puertas grandes que daban sobre la balconada hacia la ría (muy bonito una vez fuera). Las habitaciones deberían ser más claras, iluminadas y alegres. Son muy sombrías.
