"Estimado cliente, lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido lo agradable que hubiésemos deseado, trabajamos todos los días para mejorar nuestras instalaciones y siempre pensando en nuestros clientes. La habitación que usted ocupó, era na habitación de fumadores, y si esta no era de su agrado, tan solo tenía que haberlo comentado en recepción, y de inmediato se le hubiese cambiado. El parking está situado frente al hotel, como usted comprobó, está vallado, con una barrera de entrada, con intercomunicador, y vigilado por cámaras de seguridad. Usted se alojó en una habitación estandar, y este tipo de habitación tiene televisores de 22", tal como indicamos en nuestra web. Las habitaciones superiores, tienen televisores de 32". Si desea ponerse en contacto con nosotros estamos a su completa disposición. Reciba un afectuoso saludo, gracias."
