The most emblematic in Seville, located in the centre of the city, it has been entirely reformed during the year 2000 what has contributed to make it even more comfortable for our guests. Its exclusive situation in the middle of the old part of the city known as Barrio de Santa Cruz, which is the tourist heart, next to the Cathedral and the Giralda, surrounded of Palacios, convents and of Churches.   • Negative: Nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta y se escuchan muchísimos ruidos, sobretodo cuando cae el agua de la ducha del de arriba, eso fue un poco horroroso todas las noches.

  • Positive: Ubicación, aparcamiento (servicio de aparcacoches) y el servicio del personal del hotel, que fue muy amable al cambiarnos de habitación por un problema y muy serviciales en general.
  • Negative: Fue un aspecto que leí en comentarios en internet, y realmente no pensé que fuera para tanto. La realidad es que era mucho peor de lo que ya me imaginaba y había leído, ruido espantoso, mala insonorización de las habitaciones, se escucha absolutamente todo de una habitación a otra, ruidos en el pasillo desde ppr la noche hasta por la mañana. La verdad veo difícil solución, ya que la solución a este problema pasa por una obra y desembolso importante. Creo que el perfil del hotel es de extranjeros que vengan por primera vez a sevilla, clientes que no repitan, por lo que no les importa que los clientes no vuelvan. Por otro lado, aunque no fuera nuestro caso, y tuvimos una habitación muy buena, hay algunas habitaciones de peor calidad y con gotelé. Como valoración pondré normal al personal, si no sería mal.
