• Positive: Super-clean accomodations, the best location in Madrid and the staff was extremely helpful. Hotel Europa exceeded my expectations.

• Cleanliness: 10 Extremely clean, especially for an older hotel.
• Location: 10 Located on the Puerta del Sol. You cannot find a hotel closer to the action and a metro station.
• Common facilities and services: 10 A five-star stay at a three star Spanish hotel. Excellent value.
• Staff: 10 Outstanding. I needed lots of assistance, and the staff provided outstanding service.
• Quietness: 10 Walls were thicker than similar hotels in Spain; noise from foot traffic nearby is unavoidable but minimal.
• Room: 10 Unsurpassed cleanliness.
• Value for money: 10 Location and service usually costs much more.
