• Positive: Very helpful, kind staff. We had a very clean, quiet four person room #405, on the back of the hotel. It had a lovely balcony.
• Negative: Breakfast was not included and there was no coffee/tea maker in the room.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Only seats available in the Europa Cafeteria the 2 mornings we were there were by the front door & it was cold. Other areas were set up for groups.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 several lights out in bathroom. Occasional ants in bathroom but didn't seem to be a problem. otherwise room clean and well made up every day.
• Location: 10 easy access to metro, cabs and walking to other areas
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 adjoining cafe/restaurant good
• Staff: 10 efficient.
• Quietness: 10 Even though room was on square, with windows closed there was NO noise.
• Room: 10 adequate closet space and several places to place luggage.
• Value for money: 7.5
