• Cleanliness: 10 Bathrooms recently upgraded, excellent maid service
• Location: 10 walking distance to "everything"
• Common facilities and services: 10 although we did not use the in-house restaurant, they provided us with ice/ room service as requested. Wifi excellent and free.
• Staff: 10 English was excellent and able to give excellent advice re touring
• Quietness: 10 We had a room facing the square but noise was minimal .
• Room: 10 EXCELLENT location if you face the square...and wonderful to watch what's happening. Room size is large enough and very good by European standards. Closet space provided is very adequate.
