• Cleanliness: 7.5 General hotel and room was clean but rooftop needs a face lift maybe?
• Location: 10 Amazing location
• Common facilities and services: 5 Rooftop bar is great but the rest of the Space could be used better for when you want to sit in the sun. The chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and it be great if they could get something more comfortable and have cushions and towels there. We only had breakfast at hotel ANA that was great!
• Staff: 7.5 Most of the staff were very friendly and lovely and helpful, especially when we had an issue with a couple of things. There were just two male bar staff on the rooftop bar who were a little slow to help and a bit grumpy! The Ladies at breakfast were really really lovely, and same for reception
• Quietness: Not rated We were on the first floor facing the street so we heard a lot of noise sometimes
• Room: 5 The room looked nice, but would say it's more style over comfort. Being 6 months pregnant meant that a very low bed was not ideal for me to get in and out of or sit on and whilst the only chair to sit on looked very cool, it wasn't that practical. The shower leaked out to where the toilet was making it slippery and also it leaked right into the bedroom which wasn't great. When we Raised the issue the staff where very nice and offered us a different room. Also being on the front of the street meant we needed to have the curtains and wooden doors closed all the time so it had to be dark all the time or everyone could see you. Maybe a blind or something that can let Some daylight in?
• Value for money: 5 It was over £1000 for 4 nights so was quite expensive. I think you are paying for style and location which are both great but not comfort.

• Room: 5 Amazing view of cathedral but was underwhelmed by the rooftop terrace area and jacuzzi , both appeared grimy and not particularly well cared for
• Value for money: 2.5 Paying €500 upwards a night I would expect everything to be top notch , and in my opinion our room was not . Thanks

• Positive: Lo más que me gustó es el personal. Desde la recepción hasta la terraza de arriba. Muy amables y muy profesionales.
• Negative: La habitación fue horrible. La instauración de ruido es muy muy mala. Me aloje muchas veces en el hotel. Y esta vez fue la más horrible. He dormido muy mal y eso para mí es muy importante.
