  • Staff: 2.5 It took 40 minutes to check in. As there was only one person ahead of us this was ridiculously slow
  • Quietness: 7.5
  • Room: 2.5 Broken key in the lock meant we couldn't lock the door from the inside. The only security was a weak bolt, like the kind on a toilet door. This did not make us feel safe. No view, room faced into central vent area.
