• Negative: Window opened onto a glass covered courtyard so there was no fresh air & no air con either. With the window open we could hear everyone in all the other rooms, so a very bad night's sleep!

• Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. They worked with me to find the appropriate room for us once we arrived and determined that the first room would not work. They suggested a return shuttle to the airport and we were very glad they did. I also liked the area that the hotel was located in.
• Negative: Construction was underway in the lobby when we arrived. We had to ask for a reassignment of accommodations. Our toilet did not work the second day and night and we had to walk down to the lobby to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I thought we were overcharged under the circumstances and that we should have received a reduction in our room rate. As a travel agent I am not sure I would recommend this hotel to a client. My Godmother is from France and actually recommended this hotel to me. I visited several other hotels within a few blocks for comparison and spoke to guests at other hotels in the area.

• Quietness: 2.5 As there is no air conditioning, we had the windows open in and could hear conversations from the other guests as if they were in our room with us.
• Room: 5 Although we expected a small room, we would have liked a bit more space and decorations such as pictures on the walls. The bathroom was very nice. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was excellent. The first room we were given was not as nice. It had no light to speak of and the bathroom was small and seemed to have mold.
• Value for money: 2.5 I believe we should have paid about half of our room rate. I was also surprised we were not offered a reduction given the construction and broken toilet.

• Room: Not rated Smallest room I have ever seen. Like a box. Couldnt move, bumped into walls in the night, tripped over the giant fan in the middle! Bathroom was literaly 2x2ft including shower! Shower fell under a stairwell so had to bend whilst showering! Awful, ruined my paris experience. Felt chlostrophobic inside the room!
• Value for money: 2.5 Although the room was tiny, ataying in a 3/4/5 star would have cost about 500 euro a night so the value was ok for Paris.
