• Negative: I had a fall in the bathtub because no bathmat was provided, after submitting a review on TripAdvisor the response from the hotel was trying to say that I could not blame them for it. I fell because no bathmat was provided, simple! I asked for one twice during the rest of my stay (2 days) and was told there weren't any at the hotel by staff at the reception
