• Positive: The staff were brilliant. The atmosphere of the building was amazing.
• Negative: The owners leaving the front entrance door unrepaired with a HUGE gap that allowed a terrible draught at the front desk. The bedroom doors also require repair as they too have gaps at the bottom which allows noise of those in the hall to enter and disturb your sleep in the early hours.

• Quietness: 2.5 Gaps at the bottom of bedroom door meant people entering late in the early hours disturbed sleep and rest.
