The residence named since 1300 (some frescos in the lounge and some pictures taken during the restoration confirm the historical authenticity), converted to a luxury hotel after a huge restoration, maintains the private villa-like air, which makes our guest’s stay a memorable unique experience. The square where Dimora Casa Eugenia is located takes its name from the Nannini Family who originally owned the residence. All rooms are different in size, location and colours, some of them overlooking the caracteristic building of the Medieval village, some of them face the Ciuffenna river in a fairy tale scenery.
