• Location: 7.5 Good balcony, nice views. Reasonable location excellent if people want a quite spot in a very busy resort
• Common facilities and services: 5 Buffet breakfast was appalling on both days of my stay. The cooked food must have been sitting there for ages. Fried eggs were hard and a crust was forming on the yoke, the bacon was dry. I have only been in one other hotel in Spain that served such terrible breakfast.
• Staff: 5 I was not told that the safe was an antiquated system that requires a key to be purchased, so after arriving into the room I had to go back to reception to purchase a key for the safe. 2. The first day for breakfast I took my hotel room ID with me but I was not asked for it. The second day I did not take it and was told that I could not have breakfast without the ID. I refused to go back for it and walked into the restaurant. Consistency of rules needs to be in place.
• Quietness: 10 very peaceful although this was out of season and there wasn't any live entertainment in the hotel.
• Room: 10 Spacious and clean. Good range of television channels. Bathroom nice and large.
• Value for money: 7.5 Unfortunately let down by the cooked breakfast that was available, and staff communication.
