  • Cleanliness: 2.5 Hotel desperately in need of new linens and new mattresses
  • Location: 10 Excellent location, easy access to public transportation
  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 Lobby area is very small, breakfast area is very small. Didn%27t look very sanitary compared to where the tiny kitchen sat (public restroom attached).
  • Staff: 5 One staff memeber we dealt with prior to leaving was very rude and not helpful at all. But for the most part the staff was very courteous.

  • Room: Not rated Very small, tight room. You cannot fit two people in the bathroom. When using the toilet your head is touching the wall in front of you; you have to turn off the shower, open the curtains to wash yourself properly.
  • Value for money: Not rated The location is excellent, room was definitely not worth what we spent.

  • Quietness: 5 Bit of noise from lift but not too bad
  • Room: 2.5 The room was VERY small and bore no resemblance to photos on website. The mattress was also quite soft and I ended up sleeping on the base of the bed the second night, as I didnt want to hurt my back.
