• Common facilities and services: 5 Breakfast was just ok. I would have preferred a buffet or at least, being offered to choose what I wanted and asked if I wanted more. The bread was rock hard and I would have preferred more viennoiseries. The service was a bit slow. I had a much better experience in pretty much every single other 3 star hotel I visited this week.
• Staff: 10 Front staff is nice and helpful but doesn't really understand what it means to travel with elderly people. I had to carry 2 suitcases from the parking to the hotel. Sure, I was told I would have to park outside but how come I am supposed to know that the way to the hotel is through stairs and walking up hill?
