• Positive: The family rooms were very comfortable, with the kids having their own floor. Breakfast was good, and the common areas were great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bar service was great. The location is perfect, only a 5 minute drive from Cuenca, yet out in the beautiful mountains
• Negative: A bit outdated and needs maintenance - low pressure in the shower, heating in the rooms was not sufficient (it was a particularly cold weekend). In general the hotel requires more maintenance
