  • Positive: La ubicación del hotel. Las habitaciones muy completas. Baño un poco justo.
  • Negative: Bueno lo que nos molesto es que nosotros veníamos de Alcúdia a 50 km del Hotel. Es decir ha pasar el fin de semana y como aficionado a nadar, utilizar la piscina cubierta, que anunciaban. Y cuando llegamos al hotel nos informan de que no esta operativa. Y la verdad solo para dormir me quedo en Alcúdia , vengo a pasear por Palma y vuelvo a mi casa. No fue pues lo que habíamos planeado.

  • Positive: My parents were looked after so well by the team at Hotel Azul and this was the most heart warming element of their stay at the Hotel
  • Negative: The price out of season could have been a little more reasonable although appreciate that there was New New Year and the Three Kings but a lower rate around theses dates

  • Cleanliness: 10 Gesamtes Hotel sehr sauber.
  • Location: 7.5 Gute Lage am Passeig Maritim, zu Fuß ist die Altstadt und auch das Viertel Santa Catalina gut zu erreichen.
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Gute Ausstattung, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischer Zubereitung z.B. der gewünschten Eierspeisen. Sehr hilfreich (für uns) die reservierte Parkmöglichkeit im benachbarten Parkhaus.
  • Staff: 10 Freundliches, immer ansprechbares Personal.
  • Quietness: 5 Ein Ruheidyll darf man direkt am Passeig Maritim nicht erwarten, deshalb hatten wir ein Zimmer "nur" mit seitlichem Meerblick gewählt.
  • Room: 7.5 Das Zimmer (Standard-Doppelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick) ist ausreichend groß, hell mit guten Betten, ausreichend Schrankraum und der nicht überall anzutreffenden Möglichkeit, auch die Koffer vernünftig unterzubringen. Das Bad ist ordentlich ausgestattet mit großer Dusche und genügend Bewegungsraum. Allein die Anbringung der Toilette mit 10cm Knieraum auf einem Drittel der Breite ist ein Zeichen, dass bei der Bauausführung der Lehrsatz "Plane zuerst" wichtig ist. Schade auch, dass trotz vorhandenem Pool Bademäntel nur gegen eine tägliche Miete in Höhe von 5,-€ vorhanden sind. Das sollte eigentlich dazugehören.
  • Value for money: 7.5 Insgesamt im Umfeld ein gutes, modernes und preiswertes Hotwel.
