"Dear Customer. We thank you for the time you have spent in giving us your opinion. Our hotel was renovated a year ago. Both the restarant for breakfast and the hall is brand new. Our buffet breakfasts consist of a wide variety of our own continental and American breakfast products. I feel that I had problems with the water but, as we informed all the clients, it was a problem, at the district level, of the water company and involved many streets (not the responsibility of the hotel).
