• Negative: The shower in the room did not work properly (only superhot water from handshower). The personnel said that there will be maintenance, but it was not fixed. The used towels disappeared during cleaning and no new towels were received. In the end no hand towels at all. The same happened with handsopa and I had to use showergel for handwash.
