• Staff: 2.5 Se nos asignó, al principio una habitación del segundo piso, no abuhardillada y tras protestar nos pasaron a otra diciendo la persona de recepción que "era la que más le gustaba". ¿porqué no la ofreció de inicio? Y no se aclaraba con los descuentos y erró en el del garaje.

• Staff: Not rated Our reception wasn't a good experience. Upon our arrival the male receptionist could not bother himself to check our booking and denied we had booked. He also said we had arrived on the wrong day. Even when he realised his error he still refused to accept he was in the wrong. The evening and morning female receptionists were excellent.

• Positive: La habitación es espectacular y el hotel en si, la decoracion, el hall, la cafetería y la atencion del personal.
• Negative: Los ruidos de la habitacion de arriba, habia niños corriendo por la habitacion, los llantos, sé que no es culpa del hotel, pero vas a descansar y te encuentras esto, niños llorando a las 4 de la mañana y a las 8 corriedno por la habitacion, se escuchaba todo.

• Positive: No me gustó absolutamente nada. El personal, rayando lo desagradable. La habitación suite junior, es una basura y muy cara. Debiera de darles vergüenza vender una habitación en esas condiciones. Nos hemos sentido engañados. Nunca volveremos, no se preocupen.Ya nos han engañado una vez, dos no va a ser posible.
