• Positive: Nuestra habitación, la cesta de frutas de bienvenida (es un detalle muy de agradecer), la situación del hotel y el precio de la oferta fin de semana.
• Negative: La fruta que no comimos el viernes de la cesta la guardamos en el minibar y las chicas de la limpieza nos la retiraron, así como la botella de agua que también nos pusieron de bienvenida y que no habíamos bebido.

• Cleanliness: 10 la habitación y el baño estaban impecables.
• Location: 7.5 Está bastante cerca de Santiago y tiene mucho aparcamiento, así que merece la pena no estar en el centro de la ciudad. No se tarda nada en llegar.

• Staff: 10 Fueron muy amables, nos trataron muy bien, tanto a la llegada como en el desayuno.
• Quietness: 10 Es una zona tranquila, se pude dormir bien, sin ruidos.
• Room: 7.5 nuestra habitación estaba muy bien (129). Pero vimos abierta la de enfrente (136) y la decoración no nos gustó (las cortinas, las colchas). Deberían ser todas como la nuestra, era moderna y acogedora.
• Value for money: 10 Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El desayuno estaba muy bien (buffet bastante variado)
