• Cleanliness: 7.5 good but the responsible of the cleaning lady was checking the room with the cleaning lady, when i was there. the cleaning lady was nice, but the responsible was rude in front of me, and she did notrespect our intimacy. AS The responsible of cleaning ladies entered the bathroom while my friend was on the toilet, with no respect. SHe did not ask, she did not apologize. She has in the future to behave better when the clients are here

• Staff: 7.5 except the responsible of the cleaning ladies who was rude and did not respect our intimacy, the staff was very nice, all the time. very nice people at the reception
