• Negative: The hotel seems more luxurious on the website then it is in real life. Although the staff is really friendly and helpful, we would not recommend to drink something in the bar: In the evenings, the hotel is very quiet, so it seems that you are alone.

• Positive: The brilliant customer service and willligness of staff to help with any aspect, the beautiful location of the hotel away from the bust heart of Play d'aro, breakfast, pool!!!

• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were all well attended and very clean. Housekeeping were very good!
• Location: 7.5 Beautiful, tranquil surroundings, beach 1 min away.

• Staff: 10 Very friendly and attentive staff, always welcoming and accomodating to all enquiries.
• Quietness: 10 Walls were slightly thin but never heard more than toilet flushing in room above.
• Room: 7.5 Equipped with much appreciated air conditioning, did not have sea view but am sure it would be worth the upgrade.
• Value for money: 7.5 In comparison to other 4* hotels, the decor was modern, chic and contemporary. Could have offered more facilities such as an Iron, but other than that good value for money. Would certainly return!

• Positive: Reception were very helpful and friendly and they couldn't do enough to help us. The hotel was clean and inviting. The pool and balcony area were superb. The breakfast was extremely varied and tasty.
• Negative: Unfortunately ours was the only room which backed onto the air conditioning unit for the restaurant so it was very noisy and we were woken up at 8am every morning. There was no iron available for guests to use.
