• Negative: The attitude of the receoptionist when I checked in (at approximately 19.00 on 24th August), she was not very helpful, knowlingly gave me the wrong room and seemed to find it impossible to put a smile on her face when talking to me.

• Staff: 5 a lot of staff members were very helpful, unfortuantely the attitude of the first member of staff i encountered stayed with me.
• Quietness: 2.5 The doors to the rooms slam very loudly and woke me up on several occasions
• Room: 5 For a triple room, it was not very big.
