• Positif: The location and the rooms were nice and the cleanliness.
• Négatif: The fact you had to pay to use the sun terrace. It should be adult only and free there should be a meter for the jacuzzi where people who want to use it can pay for it by meter.It was a lovely area that was not being used and you had people coming up to use it who had not paid. It also should have someone coming around asking if you would like a drink as there was no bar service. The hotel lacked a lot of these finishing touches as in the service for a 4 star. I would recommend it if people just wanted some where tidy to stay but not for the service.

• Situation: 10 Must be one of the best sited hotels in Palmanova, for its view along the beach and across the bay, a lovely view both by day and by night
• Installations et services: 7,5 Food was as varied as you could reasonably expect from a fairly small hotel. Lifts were fast to arrive
• Personnel: 7,5 Reception staff and maids were friendly, so were restaurant staff.
• Tranquillité: 5 Inside was good. There was very little disturbance from neighbouring guest rooms. But the proximity of the hotel to a noisy place next door meant that in the evenings there was quite a lot of unwanted music in the room, even with the balcony doors closed. It would not have been feasible to open them.
• Chambre: 7,5 View from room 707 is great, and would be so for any room on floors three and above. One thing I did not like on floor seven - the only floor where this is the case - is the outside balcony lights that you cannot turn off. I like to open the curtains to see the lights at night, but from nine p.m. to midnight this was not possible because the outside lights shone into the room.
• Relation qualité-prix: 10 Yes, I got everything I expected and hoped for, as I had in 2014 in a room on the fourth floor.
