• Negative: TV channels were completley poor. No English movies or programs except CNN and BBC. Very Bouring. Bathroom Toilet was very near to the washing basin. my left hand touches the washing basin. No telephone directory. TV was not clear (scramble channels)when the weather is rain !!!

• Staff: 10 The staff were outstanding, very friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in several hotels in the month of April - all across Europe - and the staff here were the best.

• Room: 7.5 We requested a balcony and did not receive one - in addition we thought we were getting two rooms that were adjoined but we really got one big room and then a tiny tiny one off to the side. It worked out fine - however. :)
