• Negative: nothing to do with the hotel, but with the company you contracted the airport shuttle with. he arrived on time, but neglected to tell us he was stopping at another hotel to pick up more guests, who were frustrated with him, made us later than we expected, and the other guests ended up taking another car anyway.
