• Positive: The location; the hotel is perfectly location within walking distance to shopping, la Rambla, the beach and restaurants.

• Cleanliness: 10 Wonderful cleaning staff.
• Location: 10 Fantastic location close to all the amenities.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The breakfast is good but a bit basic. This is very minor but tissues in the bathroom would be appreciated. You should not have to pay 2 euros/day for the safe!
• Staff: 10 The staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. When I mentioned that the plug wasn't working, they had an electrician come in the same day.
• Quietness: 7.5 The room is very quiet however it is too noisy to leave the windows open at night.
• Room: 10 A bit small by North American standards but very adequate. Nice modern bathroom with rain shower option.
• Value for money: 10

• Positive: location (next to the train station (Stationa Francia) which is the best way to travel from and to the airport & Barceloneta Metro Station which is a great way to know the city), price, great room facing to the main street but not noisy probably due to double glazing, great & helpful staff

• Positive: La déco très sympa .propre et moderne .staff sympa ,parking payant mais pratique pour éviter de chercher une place .tres bien place.
