Nuestro personal de recepción siempre está pendiente de las necesidades de todos los huéspedes para buscar la mejor opción para sus intereses. Estamos ubicados el centro de la ciudad en una calle peatonal a escasos 25 metros de la Puerta del Sol, que habitualmente es tranquila. Es posible que si escuchaste una ambulancia hubiera algún problema en la zona, lo que no es habitual. "

All the staff works very hard to satisfy all our guest´s needs. This is a non smoking hotel, but unfortunately sometimes we cannot avoid it. Your complain was notified inmediately and taken into consideration. We had no more news so we thought it was fixed. We regret to know that it wasn´t and we could have done something else. Hope we can welcome you back again so that you can see that this was a punctual matter"
