• Negative: To bring the towels to the reception as a guest of 4 star hotel, employees at reception who are not professional and couldn't speak English, that the reception is only open till 8pm and you have to pay an extra cost just to check in the hotel which you book, that the rooms are made with broken doors so that you can't sleep because of the noises all around the floor

• Positive: The helpfulness of the staff, the peaceful venue, the view and the quality of the rooms.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST...
• Cleanliness: 5 the Room was delivered very clean, however the cleaning service is only in the morning and there weren't any do not disturb signs, hence if they passed and you were in the room, they didn't pass again afterwards. This is something that could be improved
• Location: 7.5 The location is good for visiting the beaches on the west coast and the hotel is situated on a mountain with a very nice view and an incredible peaceful atmosphere.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5
• Staff: 10 The staff is very helpful and you can ask them for anything. We had an outstanding service and they helped us a lot with for example scooter renting.
