• Cleanliness: 5 3 giorni la camera non è stata fatta
• Location: 2.5 Caletta molto ventosa (rispetto alle altre zone) e un po' distante dalle callette e spiagge più belle. In 14 giorni siamo rimasti li solo 4 volte. L'hotel ha una splendida vista.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Albergo vecchiotto ma con servizio buoni, parco giochi x bambini, biciclette, piscine ecc... Servizio ristorante eccellente! Cibo sempre vario e di ottima qualità! Camere vecchiotte. Il phon funzionava solo per 40 secondi poi si surriscaldava e rimaneva spento per 3 minuti. Abbiamo una bambina piccola e rimaneva con i capelli bagnati. Abbiamo richiesto 3 volte la sostituzione ma non è stata fatta.
• Staff: 7.5 Reception e soprattutto il ristorante ha personale eccellente e cordiale. Le donne delle pulizie delle camere facevano chiasso e urlavano nei corridoi, soprattutto nelle ore di quiete. 3 volte sono venute a rifare la camera alle 14.30 (bussando insistentemente quando hanno visto che avevamo la pora chiusa a chiave) ma avevamo la bambina che dormiva. Abbiamo chiesto se potevano ripassare più tardi e non le abbiamo più viste. Dopo la seconda richiesta in reception sono venute alla mattina.
• Quietness: 2.5 Insonorizzazione inesistente. Di notte si sentivano gli ascensori a tutte le ore che facevano molto rumore. Di notte e alla mattina presto persone che urlavano e chiacchieravano nei corridoi si sentivano come se fossero in camera. Come detto in precedenza il personale delle pulizia camere molto rumorose, soprattutto nell'orario di quiete, che non esiste. Mancano i cartelli "non disturbare/rifare la camera" e le cameriere arrivano, bussano poi provano ad aprire la porta, se non si apre bussano insistentemente.
• Room: 5 Eravamo in 2 adulti + una bambina. Ci hanno messo in una stanza con 4 letti a cui hanno aggiunto il lettino e non ci si muoveva più, per aprire l'armadio bisognava salire sul letto
• Value for money: 7.5 A parte qualche nota negativa, il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto per il ristorante, che da solo basterebbe a sceglierlo nuovamente! Se fosse in un altra zona meno ventosa, tipo Portinax o Cala Tarida ci tornerei sicuramente. A Port Sant Miguel purtroppo no
