• Negative: La suciedad de los cristales de la habitación y las pocas plazas de parking pertenecientes al hotel.

• Cleanliness: 5 Los cristales de la habitación estaban muy sucios y la cama tenía alguna mancha. El resto bien.
• Location: 10 Cerca de varios puntos de la cuidad. Buena localización.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Buen servicio de desayunos y buenas instalaciones en general. El parking tiene muy pocas plazas pertenencientes al hotel. Creo que sería conveniente aumentarlas y que cada plaza perteneciese a un huésped, de forma que todos/as tuviesen sitio asegurado en su momento de alojamiento.
• Staff: 10 Personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en el restaurante.
• Quietness: 10 No se oían ruidos desde la habitación.
• Room: 5 Habitación pequeña y con pocas vistas.
• Value for money: 5 Considero que para el precio, deberíamos haber tenido más servicios incluidos, como alguna comida o cena y el minibar.

• Location: 10 It’s part of the shopping centre so location wise couldn’t be any better.
• Common facilities and services: 10 it has parking (part of the shopping centre and free) I saw the gym it’s small but fine for short stays.
• Staff: 10 Happy and welcoming, couldn’t ask for much more
• Quietness: 2.5 Room was not as quiet as hoped, annoying ticking noise throughout the night.
• Room: 5 All good except it doesn’t have in-room kettle tea/coffee facility but has a mini-fridge.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value for a clean room in prime location For the shopping centre and short trip from the airport
