• Positive: Spa. Limpieza. Trato. Personal muy profesional, tanto en el spa como en el hotel. Ubicación del hotel. Calidad de instalaciones. Relación precio/calidad muy buena en temporada baja
• Negative: - en las habitaciones falta un sofá o un sillón comodo. Los dos sillones que hay no son nada cómodos, y hace incomoda la estancia en la habitación. - Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un spa, siempre hay ropa húmeda. Deberían prever un tendedero en el baño, y si fuese un tendedero calefactados, seria perfecto. - No deben permitir el acceso de niños a la zona de spa, tales como piscina dinámica o piscina de contrastes. Ya tienen la piscina cubierta. Esto nos generó inconveniencias durante la utilización del spa

• Negative: La poca información prestada sobre los eventos. Por ejemplo, el martes 30/12 había en la cafetería un violinista y si no llega a ser porque nos pasamos a tomar un café nos lo habríamos perdido.
