• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was spotless
• Location: 10 Great location in the old town, however parking around the hotel is not easy, so we used a car park close (about 5min walk)
• Common facilities and services: 10 Facilities, especially the restaurant were superb. Lots of space to chill out with wonderful, comfortable sofas and chairs.
• Staff: 10 Without fail, the staff were excellent. The best check-in/out service ever!
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room looked onto a small street, but when the shutters were closed at night, it kept the noise out very well.
• Room: 10 We had a junior suite which was beautiful.
• Value for money: 10 Yes, excellent in every way, we would definitely stay again.
