• Positive: Der wunderschöne Ort (Zimmer und v.a. der prachtvolle Garten), das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das herausragende Menü im Restaurant.
• Negative: Gewisse Grundinformationen wurden nicht kommuniziert (weder per Mail, noch direkt beim Check-In, noch im Büchlein im Zimmer). Z.B. dass es einen Gym gibt, dass Masseure/Kosmetiker*innen ins Hotel holen kann. Im Gespräch haben wir es dann erfahren und uns umso mehr darüber erfreut.

• Location: 10 Strand in Kürze erreichbar, ruhiges Dorf mit Wochenmarkt, schöne Sehenswürdigkeit auf dem Hügel
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Das Dampfbad hatte kein warmes Wasser bei der Dusche, was dann aber umgehend behoben wurde.
• Staff: 7.5 Sehr sehr freundlich und alles wurde im Hintergrund erledigt, ohne dass man das gross mitbekam.
• Quietness: 7.5 Dadurch dass es direkt an der Strasse lag, war es natürlich nicht totenstill, aber auch überhaupt nicht laut.
• Room: 7.5 Die Mattratze hing ein bisschen durch, was zu Rückenschmerzen führte.

• Positive: Das Hotel Jardí d‘Arta ist ein altes aufwendig renoviertes Haus mit wunderschönen Gartenplätzen und einem herrlichen Hamam im Garten. Das Hotel liegt ideal gelegen für Golfer.
• Negative: Leider war das Fenster zur Strasse und das Strassenlicht sowie der Autolärm störend.
