• Cleanliness: 10 Our room and bathroom was cleaned daily and the rest of the hotel always appeared tidy and clean.

• Quietness: 5 There was noise from the rooms above and either side when people were moving around, or staff hoovering - could also hear the shower and toilet cistern flushed in a room nearby quite clearly
