REGRESAMOS A LA OFICINA DE INFORMA-CIONES PARA EL TURISTA, HICIMOS LA RESERVA POR VUESTRO INTERMEDIO, CON LA SENORITA PILAR, Y OBVIAMENTE PAGAMOS 50.- EN LUGAR DE 68.- NO SOLO LA DIFERENCIA DE PRECIO, SINO LA HORRIBLE ATENCION Y LA MALISIMA RESPUESTA Y TRATO DE LA SENORITA EN LA RECEPCION. SI LA POLITICA DEL HOTEL ES ESA, O SEA POR RESERVAS, ELLA DEBERIA HABER- NOS INFORMADO, PERO NO, CON TOTAL DESVERGUENZA Y DESFACHATEZ, SIN DECIRLO PERO INSINUANDO QUE SI NO NOS GUSTABA NOS PODIAMOS IR.... NO SE SU NOMBRE, PERO ESA TARDE, HABIA DOS, UNA RUBIA Y UNA DE CABELLO CASTANO CON RULITOS. PUES LA RUBIA SE MORIA DE VEGUENZA MIENTRAS LA OTRA NOS CONTESTABA HORRIBLE, MURIENDOSE DE RISA EN NUESTRAS CARAS. CUANDO REGRESAMOS CON LA RESERVA EN LA MANO, CONFIR- MANDO QUE EL PRECIO ERAN 50.- AHI TRATO DE SONREIR Y CONGRACIARSE, PERO SIN MUCHO EXITO. TUVIMOS QUE IR DOS VECES IDA Y VUELTA DEL HOTEL HASTA EL CENTRO CON LO QUE ELLO IMPLICA, DESPUES DE TODO UN DIA DE VIAJE, EL TRAFICO, Y LA FALTA DE ESTACIONAMIENTO EN LA ZONA. POR CULPA DE ESA MOCOSA HEMOS PERDIDO UNA HORA DE TIEMPO Y NOS CAUSO GRANDES NERVIOS Y DECEPCION, VIENDO COMO UNA SENORITA QUE BIEN PODRIA SER NUES- TRA HIJA, TRATA A LOS CLIENTES CON DESVERGUENZA, DESFACHATEZ Y BURLAN- DOSE EN LA CARA, MUERTA DE RISA. NO ES ESA LA FORMA DE ATENDER A LOS CLIENTES EN LA RECEPCION DE UN HOTEL. DE ESA FORMA, SOLO LOS ESPANTA. A ESA CHICA LE VENDRIA BIEN UNA CLASE DE EDUCACION Y MODALES. HEMOS ESTADO 18 DIAS EN ESPANA DE VACACIONES. TODOS LOS ANOS VENIMOS POR DOS O TRES SEMANAS DE VACACIONES A VUESTRO PAIS, Y JAMAS HEMOS RECIBIDO SEMEJANTE TRATO EN NINGUN HOTEL NI HOSTAL, POR MAS HUMILDE QUE SEA Y NI QUE HABLAR DE UN HOTEL DE 3 ESTRELLAS. TODO LO DEMAS ESTUVO BIEN. GRACIAS.

• Cleanliness: 5 Estuvimos 2 noches y sólo una de ellas nos hicieron la habitación, pero no hiciero las camas ni cambiaron las toallas.
