• Positive: The pleasant attitude of all of the staff. Particularly the way they accommodated disabled persons, such as my wife.
• Negative: The poor quality of the entertainment over Christmas of 2016 compared to last year, 2015, in the same period.

• Location: 10 A short walk to the "old town" and beach front . This visit was our third to this hotel...2xChristmas 1 late summer

• Staff: 10 Especially the restaurant staff. The Christmas Day table service was super-efficient.
• Quietness: 7.5 No traffic noise. Very little guest noise.
• Room: 7.5
• Value for money: 7.5 First class, except for the entertainment. Last year there was a multilingual compere with a bird show one night and flamenco dancing another night and various party games. This year, there was only keyboard/singer, monolingual, single/duo acts, playing dreary unrecognisable tunes interspersed with line dancing music .... Not good enough for an "international" hotel
