• Cleanliness: 7.5 Bathroom could have been cleaned better jacuzzi was left with dirt on 2 days
• Location: 10 Super central location, with bus stop outside
• Common facilities and services: 5 Had coffee in their cafe 3 times, only one girl onthe floor at busy times, very slow service and on 2 occasions didnt get our change
• Staff: 5 Front of house excellent however restaurant very miserable and unfriendly, one guy was so miseeable that hedidnt evensay hello, goodbye, thank you to us once dispite serving us 9 times, he was a bully to his staff in the way he dictated to them and as an employer myself I could see the fear in some of their faces
• Quietness: 7.5 We had a superior sound proved room, however the door to the corridor was not sound proved
• Room: 10 Supered , spacious andvery tastefull decor
• Value for money: 7.5 Food and restaurant staff lets it down a little and the lift was very temprementle, we had to climbthe stairs 3 times in 8 days, we wereon the 6th floor and I am disabled (not in wheelchair but reduced mobility due to a stroke)
