• Negative: The rudeness and inefficiency of the staff. We had no towels in the room and only received them the following day despite asking continuously. I ordered a wake up call for 8am and actually received a call at 6.30am. When I questioned it the lady at reception shrugged and said she didn%27t know why this happened as she wasn%27t there at that time! Also - we received a lot of calls to the room directly from external customers who somehow had the number. They were trying to book rooms. Again, when I spoke to the staff about this they just shrugged and told me to unplug the phone.

• Room: Not rated I paid extra to get a %27superior room%27 to be told when I arrived that there weren%27t any superior rooms and the only difference was that the room overlooked the court yard. The rooms themselves do not reflect the pictures on the internet. In effect I paid extra for nothing.

• Cleanliness: 10 Was very clean and lovely to receive clean towels every morning as well as have the bed made every day.
• Location: 10 Brilliant location to the heart of Montmartre and very close to the Metro
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Free internet service was brilliant.
• Staff: 10 Staff were very lovely and very helpful. All spoke english very well.
• Quietness: 10 Our room was facing inwards to the garden below so it was very quite.
• Room: 7.5 View of the garden was lovely and the bed was great. Other than that the rest was very standard, not the %27deluxe%27 we had paid for.
• Value for money: 5 Paid for a deluxe suite but was disappointed in regards to the money we spent and the %27deluxe%27 we got - very standard.

• Staff: 10 The night staff, newly appointed gentleman, was delightful, charming and helpful.
• Quietness: 5 I was aware before arriving that the road facing rooms were noisy, so I had emailed in advance requesting a quiet room and special gift for my daughter (birthday)as surprise. This had been agreed, but did not happen on arrival and it was not possible to arrange on the second day after a disturbed night. I was disappointed at this as I liked the hotel so much in every other way.
